1920 Chicago, Illinois. Due to the differences in drawing styles these blocks probably come from three or four different sources despite the in-house numbering system.
The 0½ block appears to be a planed No.2 Little Giant Block
This catalog has more blocks in it than any other U.S. catalog I have seen to date.
