These are small cones for use in the vise, hardie hole, swage block or stake plate. Besides truing rings these small cones are often used when shaping scrolls and other free form curves. the large cone is cast ductile iron, the smaller one forged steel.

Sizes, 11.5" (292 mm) and 6.5" ( 165 mm) with 1" (25mm) shanks. Sold by Kayne and Son (Blacksmiths Depot).
